I would love to see us trade down, pick up a later 1st round pick and at least a 2nd rounder as well. That way we can draft Carpenter and Mangold late in the 1st round. I would love to have those two. I think Carpenter would fit into what we want to do better than Hawk would and would be a great value late in the 1st round. Mangold is a must IMO unless we wind up picking up D'Brick.

I'd like to see the Jets go heavy on offense on day 1. D'Brickashaw at #4 and a TE with the second #1 pick or the second round. More o-line help, a speedy wr would be nice too.

Two of our biggest needs are OL and a passrushing OLB...

If we can get D'Brickashaw Ferguson at 4 and Bobby Carpenter at 29 I would be extremely happy...

then at 35 we can add anyone we want...we can add another player to the defense or we could keep adding to our Oline...I would love to see us add Nick Mangold, but I just don't see him being available...

Exciting time to be a fan of the NFL

I'd like that except I'd rather trade down to like 20 and take Winston Justice or something...Jones is there and can excel.

    Agreed, keep Jones at LT.

My take: Trade down, pick DeAngelo Williams and get some extra picks in the process.

Would love to trade down to 15 and 22
15:Winston Justice(Start on right side, AJ on left)
22:Deangelo williams(they would have to cut either blaylock or houston but he and martin and either blaylock or houston which ever stays would be great)
29:Mangold(Start at C with missant or katnik backin up)
    35:Wimbley(if there prob not)or Carpenter
    3rd:Martin Nance(be either 4th or 5th WR)
3rd:Anwar Philips(compete with strait for 4th CB, Strait hasnt shown much so far)
In later rounds we get more OL depth, LB depth, a FB (would be back up Askew), Another Big body up front.

I would love this draft(not likely to happen though)
