what about ray rice?

    is he entering the NFL draft this year? he would be anice addition.

    i worked out with ray at velocity the summer before we both started college, real nice guy, ANIMAL in the weight room i've never seen deadlifts like he does, i think he'll stay for 4 years from what he is like, his good friend courtney plays safety for rutgers and is a year younger so i think he'll stay that extra year

    You have to be 3 years removed from your graduating high school class. I don't think it has anything to do with college rank so if someone skipped college they would still have to wait 3 years but that is how people like Sidney Rice (redshirted his first year) and Larry Fitzgerald (had 1 year at a prep school after graduating high school) could declare after their "sophomore" year.
