This was in response to Gary Meyers' BS article in the NY Daily News...

    http://newyork.cbslocal.com/2012/09/13/green-lantern-even-if-true-tebow-trade-story-reeks-of-a-media-agenda/

Someone in the media finally calling out the media for their utterly annoying and biased "reporting" tactics. I love it.

Great article. What we the fans are always saying. Its nice seeing the media try to hold each other accountable.

Great article. A tribute to common sense. But I for one am hoping the media does not let up because it seemed like the Jets were highly motivated last week, and I attribute that to the us against the world mentality that Cappelini talks about.

Was this a sports journalism version of The Newsroom? Calling out the by-the-numbers hacks, the look-at-me 'personalities', the one-trick scribes?

There are still fine journalists out there. We probably shouldn't expect to see them in tabloids, but we have a right to be annoyed when they are notable by their absence on the NFL's official site.

When the media makes the news, rather than simply reporting it, things can get really ugly. Unnamed sources are just a way of making the news.

    This was a great article.

Been following Jeff Capellini on twitter for a while now (@GreenLanternJet). He's a diamond in the rough. Calls it like it is. Probably the only true fair and balanced sports journalist. Its refreshing.

Thanks again for another outstanding article.

I actually think the article was pretty common-sense. Tebow will leave if a better opportunity arises just like any other back-up QB.

Exactly, it's common sense. It's ridiculous that it's even a story. I think the media is disappointed that there's no QB controversy so they're creating one. haha

The truth just reads better than the usual garbage, keep it up Capellini.

I'll admit, the Tebow coverage is ridiculous.
