Sean Lee. Concussed vs the saints. Played the next week vs the pats. Most recent example.

Although it sucks to see the Pats win I am kind of happy with tonight's outcome. I wouldn't want the Jets to be facing the Pats after a loss - especially at home. Not that the Pats need more motivation against the Jets, but asking for the Pats to lose two games in a row is a tall order. Nothing would please me more than the Jets ruining the Pats undefeated season - even though it's early.

I almost ended up with tickets back east and corporate suite seats for next Sunday's game. Damn.

Im like 96% sure that the new thing with concussion protocol takes 10 days for the player to clear...
if thats the case we're reallyyyyy gonna be missing buster with edelman and amendola tearing us up across the middle...
also look for them to exploit our poor play against receiving running backs using dion lewis, andddd i dont see us getting to brady much at all, with how quick he gets rid of the rock our line isnt gonna have much time to work...that banged up washington line did an awesome job of keeping cousins clean

With all that being said...successfully running the ball and constantly pressuring brady off his spot in the pocket will be the formula to 5-1

Going to be a tight game. Whoever makes a mistake will cost them.

Gotta get pressure on Brady and contain Gronk to even have a chance.

Also, we should be practicing covering the pick plays that NE runs all the time.

While it's still being done, it's been a point of emphasis that refs call this interference on the offense. I've seen quite a few been called early in the year.

Having a pure pass rusher against the Pats isn't the solution, the Cowboys sacked Brady 5 times and it barely slowed them down.

Great coverage and pressure up the middle is how you beat Brady, and we have both (if Skrine is healthy and Cro plays like he did yesterday).

I usually don't do NFLMath but seeing how we crushed the Colts and how the Pats were able to beat them makes me believe that we can walk in there confident and attempt to kick their ass. We belong. This isn't last year, we have to stop doubting ourselves and going into games against elite teams, expecting us to lose. We're among the top dogs, that's how we have to carry ourselves.

    I know 1 thing.

If we go down, we're going down with respect, and swinging.

Cromartie is going to get absolutely torched by Amendola. I would love nothing more than to beat the piss out of those whiny pansies but no Skrine and Williams makes that almost impossible. That offense is just too good.

This isnt really accurate. of the 44 drop backs, the redskins kept a TE in to block just 8 times. they kept 2 tight ends in to block just twice (both on designed double move deep routes). of the 44 drop backs, the runningback stayed in to block just 7 times.

One of the big reasons the HBs have been killing us in the passing game is because teams havent had to worry about our lineman getting to the QB.

At the time it seemed like it, but after watching them so far, you're impressed with their 2-3 record?
