No Barnes and likely no Cro?

Not a fan of our chances with this one. And always scared of Big Ben.

Honestly, I think this is anybody's game and I would not wager on this contest. This is actually the smallest point-spread this week, with the Jets generally favored by about a single point. Since the Jets are at home, the oddsmakers would lead us to believe that the Steelers would be favored by a couple of points on neutral ground.

Word of note: the Broncos/Jaguars game has the largest spread in NFL history this week, with the Broncos being favored by around 4 touchdowns. I took the Jaguars +32 on a teaser, not that anyone cares. The Broncos would be wise to rest their starters once the game is in hand...could get ugly on the field if the Jags are humiliated the way everyone thinks they will be.

Yeah, but this is something like the Steelers' Super Bowl, or the closest thing to it for them at this point, seeing is how they are winless. They are a prideful team used to winning, and they are going to go all out today.

I'm not taking this game for granted, but still think the Jets take this one. There's been a lot of talk of the Steelers coming off a bye week and the Jets short week. Both valid points, but how about the momentum the Jets will have coming home to a very excited home crowd after a road victory that most everyone had circled in as a Jets loss?

I but my V-money on Ge-Ge-Ge-Geno and the Jets!
