A couple big games this week. -The top 3 in the AFC South are in must-wins to grab the division title. - Steelers & Ravens both fighting for the division. - Vikings & Packers basically need to win out - NFC South is again up for grabs because the Falcons are choke artists - Fuck the Jets but there's actually a reason to watch them this week w/ Petty Good day of football today.
watching red zone have $305 in play on draftkings with a lineup with melvin gordon in it guy might be out for the season after getting 5 rushing yards
It's an excellent game, how did Bud Dupree fall to the Steelers? I just don't get it, these OLB just fall to them like money being rained in a hip hop video. Did you hear that Rex might be fired on Monday?
Big Ben is chucking some bombs in the snow, looks cooler in the snow; he brought his arm today; throwing a lot (saw the bad interception though). Brings you back to the schoolyard , oh the good ole days. Being a kid is the best, industructible. Got to warm up the back and knee joints now; head to the bar
Clinchers/Elimination NE win and Dolphins loss gives Pats the division (again). Denver win means no WC spots for the AFC South + Chargers eliminated with a loss. Bengals also done if they loss and Balts/Pitt win. KC's earlier win in the week means they are 1 win away from clinching a WC.
Just read the article about Rex walking the plank. If today's game is any indication, Rex is a goner. Personality clash with the GM not to mention failing to "build a bully" aka; his mouth may have doomed him.
Denver mounting a comeback. Philly/Wash close Chicago giving Detroit a run as is Jax against Vikes Houston Indy close in a battle for division lead. What on paper looked like a shitty slate of 1pm games has turned out pretty entertaining.
Basically speared Sproles before he fielded the punt. Sproles was almost on his knees to make the catch when he was hit up in the/shoulder head area. Apparently its the 2nd time he's pulled something this game.
Yeah that was pure headhunting. Sometimes I can give them the benefit of the doubt, the player goes lower than you were expecting, but he was aiming high and didn't care that the ball wasn't there yet. Kinda wish the rules allowed the refs to eject his ass for that. Meanwhile, the Eagles lost their long snapper and the emergency backup. They found an emergency emergency backup who snapped it VERY high, but the holder got it down for a FG to take the lead. But then the Skins marched down and took the lead back, and their D swallowed Wentz whole for the strip sack.
Watched Lions making their usual comeback win - Matt Barkley was not too shoddy. Gotta think the bears will keep him tho'
Miami wins on a last-second FG in a downpour after they almost run out the clock on offense on an almost-botched handoff.
Whenever I see a kick in really bad conditions like that I think of Adam Vinitieri. Playing in NE he had the 5th highest FG success rate in NFL history. Props to Andrew Franks.
