Weatherford is at it again...

The guys an idiot. He was absolutely terrible 2 years in a row in the playoffs for us. Who cares what a punter on a different team has to say?

I hate to say it but he's right. That's where sanchez really needs to improve..as a leader.

A ****ing punter giving his opinion of a player he probably barely saw and interacted with is a joke. He's just trying to get his 15 minutes of fame because tomorrow all the radio stations will mention it. Quite pathetic. Instead of being grateful the Jets gave him a chance in the NFL and being humble to learn under one of the best special teams coaches of all time, he talks shit whenever given the oppurtunity (which isn't often because no ine cares about punters).

After watching Sanchez laugh it up on the sidelines with THE BALLBOY while losing to f-ing Miami in the fourth quarter last season and then minutes later seeing Holmes lose his shit, guess what? He's absolutely right. I have never seen a more unprofessional "leader." In my opinion, he should've been benched. He's as mature as a high schooler and is not a leader. He's a follower and a low IQed one as well. Let's just hope Sparono knows this and comes down like a ton of bricks on his unprofessional ass.

 

He will learn leadership skills while watching Tebow.

 

I hope someone puts a bounty on Weatherford in the preseason game. (Even if he's somewhat right.)

 

So you see a snippet of him on the sideline and now you're an expert on his leadership qualities. Gotcha.

The fact is he just needs to work hard and play good. Thats how you become a leader. You think Eli manning is a rah rah guy? No, he works hard and plays well when it matters. From every interview I've seen of Sanchez this offseason he looks focused and intense.

I still love Steve Weatherford and wish we wouldn't have gotten rid of him after seeing how HORRIFIC TJ Conley is, but man...I wish this guy would shut the fuck up about us. I think us not signing him again really hurt his feelings or something because he's starting to act like a scorned ex-girlfriend

 

Why is everyone so butt-hurt that Sanchez got criticized? Geez... he was probably asked a question and gave his opinion. And as for his opinion not counting since he's just a punter... at least he's on a NFL roster (with a SB ring btw)... what about anyone on this forum? If he doesn't get a say why should our opinions have any weight at all?

Well clearly the media is obsessed with the Jets. I am assuming the reporter asked Weatherford about Sanchez, but if he/she didn't then Weatherford has Jets on his mind.

You're an idiot. I have watched every single game this kid has ever played at the college and pro level. I've watched an 8 hour mini series that he was featured in plus I've been to Cortland and the training facility every year since he was drafted. I've watched specials on the NFL network. So yeah, you're right, my opinion has been shaped by a "snippet." Why don't you go sit on the sidelines eating a fat hotdog like your hero where you belong. Turd.
