I believe he is a FA and while hes alittle up there in age he is still a very very solid T

Runyan is gonna want $$ ... but as a stop gap at RT you could do much much worse.

  3. Runyan should retire, he is still a decent run blocker but struggles big time in pass protection. We're better off drafting an RT on day 1.

OR we could draft his reincarnation: Andrew Whitworth.

Maybe to put at guard. As Kurt said he's still a good run blocker, but he's way too damn slow to play tackle anymore.

Dont want him. Id like Tom Ashworth though, and if not him, then Id aim for Andrew Whitworth in maybe the third round (if he lasts)

    No, stay away from Ryan.

If you thought Fabini got old quick this guy tops him.

He makes Fabini look like Orlando Pace. Ryan is old and slow a terrbile combo for us.

Nothing against Runyan, since he's still solid, but he's in decline. If the JEts are going to sign a stopgap at OT, it'd be dumb to spend what it would take for Runyan over say a Hopkins or Ashworth who are likely to cost a fraction of the amount.
