    Sure, we're not mathematically eliminated but our chance is 5%. Might as well lose out so we can get a decent player in the draft. If we lose out I'd imagine we'll still get a top ten pick?

    The team needs to keep fighting and try to make the playoffs. We're past the tanking phase of this.

    Well.. I guess they could start Zach for the rest of the season but then they'd definitely lose the locker room.

    We haven't made the playoffs in 10 years. Until that opportunity is officially gone, no chance. Green Bay beats Miami this weekend and you are right in the thick of things again. Wtf is this thread

    You can get a "decent player" outside the top 10, as long as the scouting department does their job well.

    You don't make threads like this after a loss In a season where we legitimately won a lot of good football with the bad. It's one thing when you are far below .500

    It's another when the win-loss conditions Isn't going to make a significant impact on your draft position.

    With that list, there are at least 5 teams in the top 15 picks that need a QB, let alone those teams that will trade up for one. The best thing the Jets can do is bring in a veteran QB like they should have when they drafted Darnold and Wilson. Rookie QBs shouldn't start game one right after the draft. They need to ride the pine and learn. Throwing them to the lions first game out is a disaster waiting to happen.

    Well you got your wish, the Jets never fuck up losing, but 13th pick, I wonder if BYU has another legendary QB we can draft

    A little bummed we won't be picking in the top 10 draft but I'm glad we lost out. Like I said after the Buffalo game I was pretty sure we were done.....
