Unless there's another good tackle out there, we should stay at 4 and 29 instead of trading up for Leinart. Let's say we take Matt Leinart and Chad comes back and is good, we are stuck with 2 QBs and have given up the opportunity to draft a second starter at 29. This team has alot of needs and unless Leinart is a Reggie Bush type of prospect, I really think we would be better served taking players at 4 and 29 or even moving down and gaining a player and a slightly lower pick. If we could stay in the top 10 and get Cutler while obtaining a tackle in the trade down, that would be ideal. Remember that most rankings have D'Brickashaw Ferguson rated higher than Leinart. I have always been a proponent of drafting him at 4, and I don't think it will happen but I wish it would.

I've seen many boards that have Ferguson ranked higher than Leinart. I disagree, but there are plenty out there.

I think it's a lot more likely to get a solid o-lineman late in the draft than a QB late. It's not as if we don't take brick, we can't get any help on the line.

We shall see...I would like for the Jets to grab someone other than QB...at 4 and 29...Like maybe a nice RB with the 29th pick.

Yeah that's true, offensive linemen are supposed to be somewhat deep in this draft but Brick is head and shoulders above all of them.

I agree Brick is the best available in the draft, but Winston Justice isn't that far behind him as far as talent goes.

I am just not in favor of turning 2 number ones into 1 number one. Particularly if 1 of my ones is going to get me a star.
