Some NFL fans on another forum still bring up that video. And believe to this day the Jets suck at drafting.

I posed the question to name 1 draft blunder in the first four rounds over the last five years. I asked to exclude Gholston because players dont always produce in that position their first year.

The next pick for them is B'brick. I dont believe he is. His third year in the NFL was top notch. But i guess some people want instant rewards, even if its not their team. This place hates the Jets btw.

Can anyone debate why he is or isnt here?

Absolutely, definitively no. Our O-Line is our best unit right now.

He's not a bust IMO because he's an above average LT and has started every game in the past 3 seasons for us. He didn't live up to his expectations of being an elite LT yet, but he's definitely a solid player that should be resigned

a bust LT is Robert Gallery.

Brick has gotten better every year he's played.

people need to stop thinking that he was going to be Orlando Pace or Ogden day one. He is a damn fine Left Tackle.

they just don't get it. Most NFL fans are of low intelligence.

He not a bust, but also not a top 10 left tackle.

Not at all. Solid player, picked him where he fell (ie- didnt trade anything), good value, etc etc.

D brick when compared to bush who was supposed to rip the league up is a steady left tackle who will continue to improve

    There is no debate.

No one in his right mind would think he is a bust.

He may not be elite, but a bust would be on the bench or another team by now.

Let me see he was the LT on the O line that produced the AFC rushing title last year. I would have to say NO.

was he? as in the past but now isn't? or is he a bust now, which is different than asking whether he was a bust. please clarify what you mean so we can have an accurate discussion about what you actually want to talk about.

No, but we take Jay Cutler and we're not having this debate.

A bust doesn't start from day one and start every game in his 3 year career at one of the most important positions on the field.

He is so young too. It's not like he's peaked or something either.

He is not a bust but he is somewhere between "good" and "really good". He is not yet great, but I think he will be, and I doubt he'll ever be elite.

I think he is an elite pass protector, but a below average run blocker. He consistently prevents sacks against the best DEs, and takes a lot of guys right out of games, but whiffs too much.
