What to watch for. Sadly...I was excited to see the Geno-Marshall connection and Enemkpali play. Now neither of those things will happen. Still...there's a lot of entertainment going on.

    1) Fitzpatrick
Obviously, all the attention will be on Fitzpatrick. He hasn't worked much with the ones, so I don't expect him to have great rapport with the WRs. Marshall and Geno seemed to be really clicking and I don't think we'll see any of that anytime soon. Still..I'll be looking to see how Ryan manages limiting Turnovers. He's been as much as a culprit as Geno in the past.

    2) Mauldin
He's been shining in camp, so it's time to see him live. He could be a key piece in the defense this year and the future starter in place for Calvin Pace. I expect he'll play a good chunk of the game.

    3) RG Battle
Colon, Qvale, Winters, and Aboushi will go head to head tomorrow. This isn't the most exciting thing on screen, but it's really important. This is the biggest OL concern to a run-heavy team. If no one shines, the Jets may go out and sign Evan Mathis the day after if the Dolphins don't sign him first.

    4) BIG CAT
I'm excited to see what Leonard Williams can do in his limited time out there. He'll be out with the starters and it will be interesting to see how long they keep him in there. It would make us all feel a lot better about the DL position if he flashes.

    5) DBs
We know Revis is solid, but the other members of the secondary are now in the spotlight. We've heard good things about Skrine, however CRO has struggle mightily. I expect Stafford to attack CROs side...so we'll see how he responds. Gilchrist and Pryor also have a lot to prove. The safeties are arguably the weakest positional group on defense.

    6) Rontez Miles vs. Durrell Eskridge
Both have a good chance to make the team (with the upperhand to Rontez). Rontez is listed as SS and Durrell is a FS. Antonio's absence leaves space for a SS (Rontez), but if Eskridge plays extremely well...he'll make a case for a spot.

    7) RB Corp
Everyone has been focusing on QBs, but in reality, this team will be run-heavy. Daryl Richardson is trying to make his case for a roster spot, and Zac Stacy is trying to prove his value. I don't expect the depth to change anytime soon, but it will be interesting to see how they use Powell situationally.

    8) Marshall & Decker
These guys are definitely exciting, but I don't expect much from them with Geno out. As I previously said, Fitzpatrick has barely seen work with either of them. Still...if Marshall has a long TD catch, all Jets fans will be fired up.

    9) Jace the Ace & Cumby
The TEs have been relatively quiet this offseason. This being one of the weaker offense positions, we'll see how Gailey utilizes Jace and Cumberland respectively.

    10) Bryce Petty
He's had a horrendous training camp...as expected. He's nowhere near ready to start, but I'm still excited to see him play. Many in the organization see Bryce as the future, and most of his in-game experience will come from these preseason games. He's expected to play the majority of the game with Geno out.

I'm looking to see something that even remotely resembles a pro football offense on the first and second teams.
