Berrian is hurt so this makes no sense unless Wade did something so terrible they had no other choice. Can't wait to hear this story.

On second thought this is the Vikings. Cutting him now probably saves them some bonus money because the season hasn't started.

 

Don't know much about him, but his starts aren't mind boggling. But he does seem like he can be very handy for depth as the third or fourth WR.

 

Don't think hes better then Cotchery, nor a number 1 WR which the Jets are lacking

 

I guess they wanna give Percy a chance to play, and I don't blame them.

 

Actually, I wouldn't mind this pickup. Move Stucky back to slot where he belongs. I'd rather have two true #2's than a #2 and a #3 slot guy as our top two. Not an ideal solution but better than we have. Just an opinion!

Meh, Wade is a possession receiver, just like Cotchery. We put both of them out there, and we're essentially saying that Keller is our only deep threat and then we have safety coverage on him all day long. Wade was looking to lose touches this season anyway. I think they were high on Sidney Rice, and Harvin gives them that presence underneath. I'm not down on Wade, he just doesn't really solve our problems at the position.

 

That's true, actually. It's better than nothing. Still, I'd like to see Clowney get a shot outside at being our #1.

 

pretty good synopsis...... could be a solid contributor as a depth player, but there's nothing special about the guy. Limited ceiling type guy.

The strangest thing about all this isn't that Berrian has been hobbled, it's that ESPN has been reporting that Favre and Berrian haven't found any chemistry together on the field. Who the hell is Brett going to throw to? Harvin becomes a great fantasy pickup now.
