    I have never seen Bowles grinning and happy as a football coach till this moment.

    Chris Johnson as a owner also seems really chill compared to his brother

    Dude Bowles and Chris Johnson seemed like they were going to cry tears of joy. Of course he was our #1 guy. It just wasn't attainable

    Still would like to know what happened in the last 48 hrs in Cleveland. Bet Haslam picked Mayfield

    Yeah the disbelief definitely came across, even after Mayfield went 1 there was a thought the Giants might go Darnold when he unexpectedly fell to them but they stuck to their win-now motif.

    Well I guess there maybe wasn't a "lot" of question about it but I think this video and a few other tidbits pretty much prove Darnold was #1 on the Jets wish list.

    So assuming that is true to bag him at the #3 pick is honestly more than we had any right to expect or hope for with what looked like a high chance the top 2 picks might also be QBs. I still can't believe we got Darnold and I can't believe what Cleveland did with its top 2 picks.

    The people who have deluded themselves into thinking Bowles would never play a rookie QB and is going to bury Darnold behind McCown are going to be in for a surprise.

    Bowles is clearly in on this kid.

    I think Darnold beats McCown and Bridgewater outright in camp. At that point they pretty much have to start him

    This is the most talented rookie QB we've had on this team since Namath. We're not used to this. We're too scarred by idiots like Sanchez and Geno

    He's not those guys. This is a real pro. There will be hiccups but this guy will not be babied and limited and not trusted like Sanchez was.
