I also think that Brohm will be a real high-quality NFL player

I don't know too much about next years draft class but I can tell you that McFadden will need to have a stellar year to go 1 overall. I've seen early mocks that have him dropping down to the top 15.

I know it was probably a lot of work to do this, so I'll put a lot into my answer.

    1. Houston Texans: Darren McFadden RB Arkansas
    - I agree that McFadden is the best player in the country, the 08 draft, and is deserving of this pick. He's a freak, there's nothing he doesn't excel at, and his size/athleticism combo is insane.

    2. Minnesota Vikings: Brian Brohm QB
    - I'm not a huge fan of Brohm, I personally think he'll end up with a mid round one grade if he doesnt make some big upgrades in his game, but his potential puts him up here.

    3. Buffalo Bills: Early Doucet WR LSU
    4. Tennessee Titans: Lawrence Jackson DE USC
    5. Kansas City Chiefs: Aqib Talib CB Kansas
    - Overrated right now, shredded by Bowman and OK State last year, he's got a ways to go to pass Cason.

    6. Dallas Cowboys (f/CLE): DeSean Jackson WR Cal
    - I agree he'll see a big jump next year, probably ending up in my mind as the top WR in a mediocre class.

    7. Miami Dolphins: Jake Long OT Michigan
    8. New York Giants: Steve Slaton RB West VA
    - Not unless he fills out his frame in a big way, at least not for me.

    9. Oakland Raiders: Sam Baker OT USC
    10. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Frank Okam DT Texas
    11. Detroit Lions: Calias Campbell DE Miami (FL.)
    - What a beast Calais turned into, if he plays his best, he goes top 3 with his athleticism/size.

    12. St. Louis Rams: Keith Rivers LB USC
    13. Seattle Seahawks: Glenn Dorsey DT LSU
    14. Jacksonville Jaguars: Chad Henne Michigan
    - Lot of QBs out ther that are flat out better than Henne; Brennan, Keller, Booty, Woodson, Ainge all there for me.

    15. Green Bay Packers: Tyson Jackson DE LSU
    16. Washington Redskins: Mario Manningham WR Michigan
    17. Pittsburgh Steelers: Chris Long DE Virginia
    - Big fan of his, tailor made for a 3-4 End.

    18. New England Patriots (f/SF): James Laurinaitis LB Ohio State
    - Love him too, I'd rate him as my #1 LB for next draft, even as a UC, even though he's probably not for most. I just see no failing in him.

    19. Atlanta Falcons: Gosder Cherilus OT Boston College
    20. Arizona Cardinals: Derrick Harvey OLB/DE Florida
    - Another freak end, I think he could easily go higher than his former rushing partner Jarvis Moss. Young, but has great moves.

    21. New York Jets: Kenny Phillips S Miami (FL.)
    - Can be a stud the likes of which haven't been seen in a while, I'm just hoping it all comes together in 07.

    22. Carolina Panthers: Vince Hall LB Va. Tech
    23. Cincinnati Bengals: Dan Connor LB Penn State
    24. Philadelphia Eagles: Limas Sweed WR Texas
    25. Denver Broncos: Marcus Monk WR Arkansas
    26. Dallas Cowboys: Antoine Cason CB Arizona
    27. San Diego Chargers: Xavier Adibi LB Va. Tech
    - With a big year this should happen, probably the most gifted LB in the country.

    28. Chicago Bears: Andarius Bowman WR Oklahoma State
    29. Indianapolis Colts: Sedrick Ellis DT USC
    30. Baltimore Ravens: Justin King CB Penn State
    - If King goes, I doubt it's to be anything less than top 10.

    31. New Orleans Saints: Shawn Crable LB Michigan
    32. New England Patriots: James Davis RB Clemson
    - If he can get through another year without losing significant carries to Spiller, he'll be golden.

    great reply green hurricane.

except Spiller is even better than Davis. at least at the college level. runs tough enough for his size for his overwhelming speed/agi to be better than davis. but davis is built better and probably projects to be a more consistent runner on the next level.

point in case, like you mentioned I do expect Spiller to eat into Davis carries. except thing is RB is pretty weak this year and Davis will probably be good enough to make himself the 3rd ranked RB in this class.
