Unlikely but...

    could the Jets clinch a playoff spot this weekend? Thats the last thing I'm worried about right now but I'm just curious. Would a Jet win plus a Dolphins, Pats, and Ravens loss clinch a playoff berth for the Jets?

    No, because even if the Dolphins lose this weekend they still have a chance by beating us the following week. Since our record would then be tied, it would come down to record among common opponents I believe, in which they are ahead. The Patriots also have a chance if they win out and the Dolphins lose one, but beat us.

    No I dasn't think th' Jets could clinch a playoff spot this weekend. Thats th' last thin' I be worried about starboard but 'tis curious. A Jet win plus a Dolphins, Pats, an' Ravens loss wouldna clinch a playoff berth fer th' Jets.
