Here is the view from a Seahawks fansite giving early predictions for next year. I have read a few articles from www.fieldgulls.com and they are very good at breaking down football. Found them from someone reposting their stuff on Twitter. Being as these are unpower rankings - they are reversed (basically listed in who will be picking in what order next year) - they lead off with Miami getting the first pick overall: http://www.fieldgulls.com/kenneth-a...ower-rankings-seahawks-49ers-broncos-dolphins 23. New York Jets (8-8) Added: Michael Vick, Calvin Pryor, Jace Amero, Dexter McDougle, Jalen Saunders, Shaquelle Evans, Tajh Boyd, Breno Giacomini, Jacoby Ford, Eric Decker, Chris Johnson Lost: Mark Sanchez, Antonio Cromartie, Santonio Holmes, Austin Howard, Isaiah Trufant AFC West, NFC North, Steelers, Titans John Idzik has gone "full Schneider" after drafting 12 players this year. They sweep the Bills and Dolphins, take three from the AFC West, beat the Titans and find two more wins to go 10-6. The Jets won three of their last four games and may have won 11 or 12 games with even a slight upgrade over Geno Smith. Michael Vick: A slight upgrade! I could see them back in the AFC title game this year.
I will take it. Even another AFCCG loss would make for a helluva season. However, I don't think our QB situation dictates that we will get that far. I still see a WC berth and 1 and done. Everything hinges on the QB. If Geno steps up or Vick stays healthy, there's a good chance for a deep playoff run.
