Now, even though I'm a long time fan and I refuse to say, "Same Old Jets"; The one thing that I've seen over the years is that the Jets give you that ONE RAY OF HOPE (that they might pull off the win), and then they RIP YOUR HEART OUT and STAMP IT INTO THE GROUND, (latter in the game), by showing either, no heart nor killer instinct in allowing teams that are OBVIOUSLY inferior back into the games? I really cannot remember when the last, easy win, game was. By that I mean games when by the mid 3rd quarter, you are sitting back, rubbing your belly and saying, "We've got this one in the bag." My one buddy calls them the "Cardiac Jets" because you never know, until the clock expires, who is going to win. What I wouldn't give for a team that can finish the job.
Reminds me of the teams from the middle to late 90's I cant remember how many games started off with the Jets looking like a changed team from the week prior and then the claps. I my self sat there at my pub and said they are running right through us and thinking here it comes. The Chad pick was inevitable. I just watch the same game as the last 3 to 4 weeks replayed but someone keeps photo shopping different uniforms on the opposing team. How is it possible to make this same read and misfire over and over ; is it desperacy that is making him get caught sleeping or is it his skill set? (Or lack of )
It's like I've posted for weeks. Noodle arm has no arm so DBs read it and jump the routes. The only thing weaker than Pennington's arm is Mangini's brain for not changing QBs.
