Well it isn't...we had no choice, but to cut him due to his huge cap number.

Yeah, but don't you think the Jets already knew they had to release him? I doubt they needed Ty Law to tell them he had a cap number of 11 million dollars for the 2006 season.

Don't let the door hit you in the ass on your way out, Ty. You're overpaid and forgot how to tackle. Maybe we should call you Deion....

Yeah...what a sucker. I mean seriously! How could he possibly miss a tackle on quite possibly the best RB in the NFL today and a possible Future HOFer.

I was never a fan of Ty Law as a person, but on the field he is fantastic. How could you dog him for missing a few tackles?

Didn't he have the most interceptions of his career with us and make the pro bowl? I would have liked to have kept him, but he just costs way too much for his age.

I loved the way when they put him on the spot by asking him if chad should be cut or not.

u cant blame that missed tackle in the chargers game on him. no db 1 on 1 with lt would have stopped him. its a guessing game. lt knew where he was going law had to guess either left or right. im sorry i dont blmae law on that play. if there was help from saftey or lb it would be different
