Charley Casserly believes it's all about money. Therefore, it is not all about money. Get this beast!

A 3rd? Some team that thinks they are a LT away would probably part with a future 2.

That team would be the Texans. Won their division last year, and their weak spot is the OL.

Sorry guys i dont think he’s coming the patriots Are very interested in him.....they have three Third round picks and two fourth round picks....We don’t have that kind of Capital to pull off such a trade....the only thing in our favor is the patriots don’t like to pay.....Then maybe in that scenario I could see him coming but I wouldn’t bet on it.....and I would be against giving up second round pick for 31-year-old player.....26 year old ok 31?? I would pass

I'd give up picks for a really good LT who's 31. He could play 3, 4 years. It's OL

This is a perfect example as to why teams should try and acquire 1-2 extra picks during a draft, for the next upcoming draft. you just never know when an established player will become available.

I'd rather that the Jets don't force a trade here. Next year's draft is doing to be deep in oline, and they can draft some players with the picks they'd have to give up.

And if you trade them for an available player this year you won't have picks if a bigger need or better player is available.

And of course you lose out on a pick. There's no set rule in play here

Key word there PICKS?? Pump the brakes there my brother....... if he was the Missing piece to a Championship run .....then you could twist my arm into giving up picks.....CB,WR depth come to mind first .....also throw in trent is going to want more money ......I’m hopeful we can make a playoff run this season but I don’t think we’re a championship team yet...... let’s see what our GM Joe Douglas can do in the draft first.... Before giving away multiple picks

Agreed like I mentioned in the above post give our GM a chance to draft first ....you can find offense lineman in second and third rounds....

Yeah I’ve been reading up on T Williams....He’s a man of principle so they say.... whatever it is they did to him he’s pissed off and he won’t be going back unless they pay him a boatload of money

Would be surprised if they did since Kelvin Beachum looks to be a one year stop-gap with Douglas replacing him in the 2020 draft.

Also you have to consider that the Jets will still be in need of a center in 2020 (how much can you bank on a guy plucked from retirement?). Save the picks.

Or do you want to head into the draft needing TWO starting O-linemen?
