    Tough call

Wanted to get some advice from you.

I'm about 70-30 in favor, depending on your WR situation. First, McFadden is >>> Mathews, who's been impressive so far, but McFadden is arguably the best RB in the league right now.

Nicks is better than Bowe and, I think, will stay a consistently good start throughout the season. Given Cassel and KC's massive sucking this season, I'd say Bowe is at best a solid #2 WR, so it depends on your WR depth, which I'm guessing is made up of #2 and #3 tier guys.

2 injury prone players, one involved in an unpredictable RBBC, for a workhorse and the only fantasy worthy option on a team. I make the decision after seeing how Mathews performs with Tolbert healthy.

    Ryan Mathews is God.

    ...but Darren McFadden is better.

    (Both are injury prone)

Barring an injury to Mike Tolbert, Ryan Mathews is going to be in a committee attack all season long, so normally you won't be able to count on him for starts. Darren McFadden is the far superior player (especially in fantasy). Between Dwayne Bowe and Hakeem Nicks, I'd rather have Nicks but getting McFadden is enough of an incentive (in my opinion) to swap those two receivers.

    Thanks guys.

I am leaning towards accepting the offer. My other RB is Peterson. I also have Boldin and Steve Johnson as my receivers.

    My QB is Philip Rivers

Do not make the trade. During the bye week rivers and mathews will be out. Bowe isnt consitent. DMC and peterson is a beast combo. Wait for a team with a losing record (like 0 -4 , 1-3_ who has receiver but is in need for a RB. You will get a better offer from him.

Take the deal...........McFadden will end up the #1 or #2 RB either in front of Ray Rice or behind him.

I'd probably take it. Better gambling on McFadden's health than Mathew/Tolbert's and Nicks's health.
