Westbrook is the deep threat that Washington needs. Even though Alex Smith isn't a good deep ball thrower I'm sure he can stretch the field horizontally. Not surprising that Houston is trading away more talent. I don't think this helps Watson too much though.
It is the off-season though and the trade deadline has not passed. Is this a joke I’m missing? Not sure what’s going on here lol.
How is it the offseason? The season is still going on and games are still being played. Unless they've totally changed the rules for this season, it is my understanding that the offseason doesn't begin until after the last game has been played. It's not a joke. The trade deadline passed a week or two ago. Do you not remember all the speculation on who else with the Jets might get traded or who around the NFL might get traded before the deadline?
This thread is weird on so many levels. I'm assuming Darnasty is pulling off some high-level humour and somehow managing to keep a straight face - either that or he is very, VERY drunk.
Do you really think that Westbrook or Wall would've helped us that much? What kind of package would you have put together for one of them alone?
Yeah, I'm mystified that this thread is still apparently going on without the realization from some (one?) that it makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
