Would you do it....
I'd take my chances with Gore. I like Calvin Johnson over Austin, but Gore coulld seriously dominate this year.
I'm a huge Calvin Johnson fan, but it'd be hard to pass up on a Chris Johnson/Gore duo. Austin is technically on the same tier of WRs as Calvin anyway. Keeper league I might not do it (Calvin is such a beast), but that seems like a nice deal for you.
Do it. Even if Gore is hurt for a couple of games you have more than solid RB depth to keep you afloat. Gore's a bigger upgrade over Mendenhall than Megatron is over Austin.
