You'll need to find someone really hurting at QB. It's hard to trade for a top tier RB; there aren't many of them. Do you have Jennings or Driver too? If you package ARod and one of his receivers you can tempt someone with the possibilty of "double points" on a TD.
Can you post your team? Your best bet is to put together a good QB and WR. QB's and WR's performances are pretty erratic while a top RB will consistently get you 15-20 points minimum so you can probably do away with one of your pass-catchers to gain a solid back.
