    Anyone see this kid play?

I heard him earlier on the Afternoon Blitz and he said the JETS spent quite a bit of time with him... He was team captain and we know how much Mangini likes to draft team captains...Could be our 3rd round pick if he falls that far.

At the moment we don't have a #3.

Haven't seen him play but I have read up on him. Extremely fast. Pure cover corner. Good punt returner too. Not that physical though. Struggles against big receivers.

I think it'd be more liely that we'd nab him if we got a later 2nd rounder in a trade down with the #6.

I don't think so. He's only about 180. I think the guy you are thinking about is Tyvon Branch or Charles Godfrey. Both real good players that have played S and CB.

Yeah he also got the lowest score on the wonderlic test for a CB. Smart kid.

But really.. fast kid. could be worth a shot.

The interview lasted a good 10 minutes and they talked about the Jets for about 8 of it. Porter said the last on site visit he took was with the Jets and that Mangini's question was the weirdest question he got from any of the teams- What is your favorite tv show?

Would it be a total reach to take this guy with our 2nd rounder? I would think so but I haven't seen him play either.

I was always impressed with his play. He is going to be a player in the league. I would consider him with our second pick.

He's a less physical type of CB that isn't a great tackler, but certainly is a playmaker and had a ton of picks in college.

He would be a great complement to the physical Darrelle Revis.
