More close to the latter according to Cro. I love the swagger but I wish we would just shut up sometimes. Especially when that individual is coming off of a game he was abused by the same inexperienced receivers. More bulletin board material. yay. http://www.nypost.com/p/blogs/jetsblog/cromartie_unimpressed_with_ravens_YSOrG2gnz2QURlcNBCOqcK
This is probably a case about reporters egging him on. Even if they didn't, Cro's bruised ego is probably where this is coming from. Cro better be prepared to deliever otherwise he will look just as foolish. Oh yeah, the folks in Ravenland doesn't think he is physical at all.
The last guy who should be talking any smack. Shut up and stop grabbing guys and start jamming receivers and making tackles.
I don't care, in fact I quite like it. Put pressure on yourself to achieve, then go out and do it. Some guys work better by putting pressure on themselves, others prefer to stay in the background. Whatever works.
I have a degree in journalism and I've worked at a few publications. Depending on the reporter it can be really shady and involves a lot of twisting of words. Personally, I didn't really ever get into that because if you ask a guy the question straight up, you usually can answer as good, if not better.
He better step up to the plate or prepare to face the wrath or the NY media and fans around the world.
Last time he talked smack the outcome was pretty good. Hopefully, it is this time as well.................. That said I would prefer he shut his piehole.
Exactly. Cro plays better after he talks. Remember NE Playoff game last year saying how he wants Tom Brady to throw at him all game.
I was thinking the same thing, but this is still poor timing. He can't talk shit after a piss-poor performance like the one he just had...
Best case scenario is that Flacco throws a few extra passes Cro's way and we see another one of these:
I don't particularly like it, but ultimately I don't care either. While I understand people putting pressure on themselves and performing better, this just strikes me as him being the not-too-bright person everyone already knows he is. If he gets burned he'll get destroyed in the media, and I couldn't care less about that either. The only thing I care about is whether the Jets win.
