All I could think of was how many open receivers he missed. Roached! It's the new 'graveled'.

Didn't he go like 10 for 11 or something?

I don't see how he could have missed many recievers when he completed over 90% of his passes

He was forcing passes to covered players and ignoring wide open under and dumpoff routes. Typical young qb stuff. The shorter passes can go for more yards, jeez. The goal should be the first down, not the highlight reel.

Yeah, but he still went 10-11. I watched him play in that game and he hit Julius Jones and Jason Witten on short patterns and I'm sure they were his checkdown options. If he's forcing stuff he must have some really great arm strength and accuracy to only miss one pass in the team's first preseason game.

I don't see how you can possibly criticize a guy who completed 10 of 11 passes for not making good decisions. Obviously he has the confidence to make the tough throws and completed most of them.

If anything, it should be a credit to him for being able to make those throws IMO.
