I hope you went out to dinner and open a bottle of champagne. Congrads to you and all the reset of the darksiders on the board. Today is a big day for you guys
I think you ought to worry more of "Godlike VG" then what I post or do not post. Sorry if you dislike true historical facts about the team we root for to be published
Champ you always take a lot of heat on this board but you have consistently hit the mark when others have failed to recognize the goal. Don't let the sunshiners get you down. Being a long time Jets fan is a lot like being a Vampire, Sunshine is certain death. The Dark side is life with the Jets.
Sorry I thought you were a history fan & all I am doing is posting a true historical fact about the team we root for
I got your back on this one champ. There is nothing wrong with posting the facts. 41 yrs is astounding. Not only to not win a SB, but to not even play in one is truly mind boggling.
I remember having a vibe about Super Bowl XXXIII, especially after the Packers got to XXXI and XXXII having not had a sniff for 30 years. Then the 1998 season fell into place perfectly and we were leading the Broncos 10-0, with the Falcons waiting to be murdered in the Super Bowl... Never did I imagine, as I watched that game go down the pan, that another 10 years would go by and the Jets still wouldn't have made a Super Bowl. Champ gets some stick on here, but he's right this time. I don't know if it needs its own thread to wallow in, but the facts cannot be denied.
OK thanks for the words of support. It is truly regretable that this franchise has been so hapless for so many years. It also appears looking ahead into the future it is just going to be more of the same old thing or in other words the SOJs. Take the fans money but give nothing in return is the ownership mantra for this team
Here´s actuall historic question for you champ: wasn´t the game on the 12th? Was it finished after 12pm, or did you just pick the wrong day?
The game was on the 12th and finished on the 12th. And amzingly it took less than 2.5 hours to play. The good old days.
My kids are just starting out. 13 and 7...and they went to 5 and 4 games this year respectively. I'm SURE they won't have to endure this hell that we have. Oh, I'm positive
You should have done a goggle before asking me such a silly question. How about that "Godlike VG" player we have on our team?
