we need to address some needs in free agency. If we can pick up a corner and about 2 o-linman in free agency our draft will turn out better. Our first 4 picks shouldnt be used to adress the o-line.

lol i rather have some fresh propects than retreads.. just not taking one @#4.. there are no guards and centers out there (except faine) worth looking at.. and besides hopkins (who i could care less if he signs) not much at OT ethier.

I like the idea of taking two Oline man with #4 and #29 and then a FB or TE with #35 or flip them around but get those postions with the first 3 but not 2 lineman in FA and then the first 4 picks in the draft we are playing football not have an eating contest.

I just like Brenstein (wis) I think that he could be similar to Tom Rathman or Johnson (Dallas) which if he was it would be worth it. and Im not sure how long he well be on the board if we could get Him in the 3rd then I would rather have TE Pope (geo) or Lewis (ucla) at #35

Ok who do you think is a good player? Someone like Matt who play on a college team with so much talent that half the offense is going to be in the NFL. Were he had 10 seconds on every play before he got any pressure with two RBs that are going to be taken in the first round? Look at all the QBs that have come out of the U. of Miami, Florida, Florida State they suck in the pros because they are playing on more of a level playing field and the cant handle the pressure.

A little late for that isn't it? What FA linemen are left that are better than what we have?

Wow and you questioned my draft strategy. If we pick a FB in the 2nd round we should just be thrown out of the NFL on the spot..

Terry Bradway and the same scouting staff that produced the last five drafts are doing the grading and setting up the draft board...... Tannenbaum and Mangini have no more experience evaluating college players than Mel Kiper. I'd go with Kiper's board, better than what Bradway et al have produced.

Why do you care what experience Tannenbaum and Mangini have? You've said you're rooting for the Chiefs, so why don't you focus on Herm and Peterson?

  17. It'll never go over on this site since almost everyone has a completely different agenda that they want to go exactly as planned. However, w/ the number of picks we have on day 1, and the state of our team, we can afford and would be wise to take the BPA at every spot. There is no need to reach for any position w/ the needs of this team and the options we have. This is the way you build a winner. Which is what i think we will do.

Last I looked Leinart went to USC,the same school that produced Carson Palmer. When you start downplaying a QB that led his school to the championship game all 3 years he started ,you look foolish.Everyone has an opinion, which is fine.Your opinions are more respected, however, when they're based on actual facts.Leinart has prototype size, prototype intelligence, and he came from a pro-style offense. These are not my opinions, they are facts.
