http://espn.go.com/new-york/nfl/sto...-new-york-jets-asked-left-wildcat-sources-say So, why did Rex suit him up exactly?
The next flash from ESPN will say that the offensive (good description, no?) line said they didn't want to play either.
The article says he would have played tebow if gmac got hurt for fear of a Sanchez revolt. Tebow must be super pissed to deny playing time.
I'm guessing this is Tebow wanting to remain a QB, not pigenholed into this WC QB thing. Good for him but hits his "image" of a team player that will do anything to win
Maybe this team mistreated Tebow this season, but this was not a very classy way for him to get back at the team. Tebow doesn't belong in the NFL.
holmes at least produces tebow hasnt done shit except cause problems since he arrived with no production
Brian Coz Confirmed ESPN report that Tebow said he no longer wanted to play wildcat after being informed Tuesday he was third string QB, per source
then why was Sanchez active? my guess is it is a true story, but not the big deal that it is being made out to be. Possibly rather than a I refuse to do this, more of a since I won't be on the team next year and I have been hurt doing this already can you give those snaps to the guy you see running it next year. Can you really see Rex getting pissed about it, the wildcat under Tebow has been a joke this year and won't be around next year. What possible point would there be to him running it this game?
