You are right but the rules for elimination games should be different no? You won't believe me but I thought wins counted the penalty kicks as well. My bad Got my lesson. If I knew, I would bet on draw because I knew this game would go to OT and I am sure Italy will win the shoot out.
I guess I could post an explanation in each thread or just offer two way betting. Standard soccer betting at any book is three way. Draw is always for result after 90 (in case matches do have extra time, like this one). If it was two way the odds on Italy would've been like 4 to 1 or 5 to 1 If you were thinking a team and draw should pay you could see that that wouldn't make sense. You could bet on all 3 and win regardless.
