Long legs makes cornerbacks no good.

Outside of our line issues Burress and Mason are still learning the playbook.

    Tend to forget about that.

I'm tall like Cro. Its tough for me to face short, quick people in sports than it is for me to have an equally tall opponent matched up with me. They can get in and out of breaks faster. It does makes sense.

I wouldn't have Cro on Welker. Cro has no technique, Welker has plenty. Welker will win.

wilson is the better matchup. those who think he can't get it done, fuck off.

Long legs make cornerbacks bad, just like long arms make quarterbacks bad.

    Q... F... T...

if you don't understand this, you were probably one of the people saying, "Give Gholston a chance" after year one. (And maybe year two. :eek:hmy:)

Yeah, just like it takes a tall guy a longer time to fall or get up, shorter guys can usually move quicker side to side and take short steps and accelerate faster.

And NDMick, stop blaming your height on your inability to cover people.

I've been saying for years that Midget Football would be phenomenal.

And they gotta use a full size football.
The turnover stats would hit triple digits every game.

I think the way he said it sounded stupid but the concept isn't wrong. Cromartie is better equipped to cover bigger, faster receivers than smaller, quicker ones. Cromartie covering Welker would be a mismatch.

Jim Leohnard claimed yesterday that Revis will be covering Welker.

Unusual for a player to reveal game plan info, probably take it with a grain of salt. The Jets are most likely to mix up coverages and pressure against Bratty.

Cromartie shut down Ochocinco last year, one of the quickest WRs in the league, I don't think there's anything that holds Cro back physically. It's all his technique.

I don't think it's revealing much because IMO Revis should obviously be on Welker.
