How has Titus Adams looked anyway? He's the only draft pick who I haven't heard anything about. All of the other draft picks have had good camps from all accounts, I just haven't heard anything from him.

Yeah, but the depth chart should reflect who the starters are, regardless of injury status, unless they are done for the season.... I happen to think Smith may beat Coleman out, but I would not declare him the starter over Coleman just yet.

McCariens is in the dog house, and Cotch is getting more 1st team snaps than he is now. Dwight is the slot guy, so he gets listed before McCariens.

T-Bird, break out your crystal ball, do you forsee B. Smith moving into the top 3 WR's this season?

The NT spot is the one I am least sure of. It's very hard to even identify who is playing in the interior line, never mind evaluate them.

He has a chance, but I think not. Having said that, I can see him having a big role in the offense as a slash guy.... as a WR, a trick play passer, and even lining up as an RB and getting some handoffs. That would make the trick play that much less predictable when he's on the field.

I like where you penciled in McCareins. The way he's been lately, he doesn't deserve to play ahead of Cotchery who has been working his tail off. And like you said, Dwight makes for a better slot receiver.

I think Houston starts ahead of Blaylock because I think Mangini will privilege the ability to gain tough yards over the ability to break the big one.

I know McCareins has been shit on so far and Cotch has excelled, but I just think when ush comes to shove, McCareins is going to be out there opposite Coles. At least to start the season.

I'm not so sure...they way the camp has been run so far, Mangini seems like he wants guys to come in and work their tails off. McCariens hasn't so far, and Cotchery has, so I think he is going to reward the player who has done what he wants, and has excelled.

That linebacking corps is looking pretty good, but Im still not exactly sure where Darrell McGlover fits into all of this

Perhaps only ST with 3rd tier depth at LB.

I'd hate to lose this guy from ST, as he was really a beast before the injury.

T-bird, nice effort. I think Lawton was cut, though.

Did you see Dreesen do any long snapping this TC? I'm just curious. I'd rather not tinker with what's not broken, but if they're looking for roster spots, I wonder if they'd have an opportunity with Dreesen taking over Dearth's spot.

I don't know if you implied they were all even with the slashes or not, but I can't imagine Barrett being the nickel corner.

very very good point, didnt even think of that.

Dearth is a solid LS, but we might want to keep some of the other interesting prospects at WR or LB/DE.

    again, solid point. seems wise.

The lineup is pretty much the way we'll see it, IMO. I'll reluctantly go with Dreessen behind Jolly but not for long, as I forsee Jolly screwing up blocking assignments and making several key drops again. If Dreessen has some really nice preseason games, they could easliy reverse positions by September/October.

Forgot about Lawton. I frankly don't know if Dreessen had done any long snapping... I've only seen one full squad punting drill, and failed to notice who was snapping.... I was too busy trying to put my jaw back in place after watching Graham's monster punts. I'll have to remember to look at that next week.

As for the slashes, that basically means an even rotation in terms of playing time. I see the three CB's rotating, as well as both OLB spots.

I'm not real confident in my second and third team listing for both DE spots and NT. This was the best I could come up with at those spots, but very subject to second guessing.
