slauson and BRICK got handled like little girls out there - slauson gave up that safety - WTF was sanchez supposed to do? i say...

FIRE CALLAHAN - he is responsible for this, snachez has less than 3 seconds in the pocket on every play - he cant even finish his drop back and set his feet before someone is barreling down on him.

you wonder why shittenhimer calls 5 yard slants and HB options - because he knows sanchez cant even complete a 3 step dropback before they wolves are at his throat - when we run real routes the recievers dont even have the opportunity to get their heads turned around before sanchez is under pressure

If I was Mark i would stop being so politically correct in all these pressers - its time to save your own career - get mad - as your coaches WHY and tell the media ... why cant my own O-line give me some f*cking help - im glad we wont make the playoffs - maybe it will wake some people in this organization up - these are big grown men standing on that line making big bucks and not performing - its time to hold them accountable -

O-Line did regress from good in pass protection to below average and it must be addressed but the coaching staff must play to our strengths, not weaknesses. We were still a good run blocking team. With the exception of the Eagles game (down 28-0) there was no game where patience and a commitment to out strengths could not have been utilized

our run blocking is below average this season - the stats dont lie - we were good ... not this year - with guys like ducasse and mulligan pulling and blocking - what is the front office doing - i wonder if things would have been different if we would have had camp this year

The O-line has been atrocious all year and IMO is the downfall of this team. Priority #1 this offseason is getting a capable RT, not a functioning retard a la Wayne Hunter.

You don't pop 5 yards a carry behind shit line. Sure, the line didn't play as well as they did past two years but are they the reason Jets yesterday? HELL FUCKING NO.

Every play? I think it takes more then 3 seconds to pump fake 5 times, or check down your receiver. Stop talking nonsense. He has no awareness whatsoever and if you ever watched a real qb play you would realize his pass protection blows coverages to he is just good enough to get rid of it in time. The safety in the endzone was totally his fault, even the commentator who was praising him like a douche all 4th quarter practically calling him the best 4th quarter qb in the league said he should of never been in the endzone he should of stepped up not stepped back therefore the safety never happens. Sanchez has no awareness whatsoever or common sense therefore he is not a Nfl Qb. Maybe thats why Shotty has him in the shotgun every freakin play. I really do not fuckn understand why people always blame everyone but Sanchez every time Sanchez is bad. Sanchez has been bad for more then half the games this season while people like Holmes,Cro, Ferguson, Keller had 2-3 games where they were bad. Sanchez is a problem if not the biggest problem on our team. The defense plays lights out for 58 minutes in a game and mediocre the last 2 games while Sanchez gives up a pick 6 and only scored 10 points for him team and yet they blame the defense for us losing and not Sanchez.

O-Line has been unbearable to watch at times..But yea, the kill Sanchez' momentum when he gets knocked to the ground every play.

i think we will see a big overhaul on offense this offseason. Schotty will most likely be fired and i agree callahan should be fire as well. our o-line is not nearly as good as it has been in years past.

What offensive coordinator calls for a pass when you're pinned that bad into your end zone?

You call for a running play. Without question.

That failure falls on Schotty as does his decision for 59 god damned passing calls when we were getting good rushing yards per carry.

    Moore had three pens called.

One a false start was not him evry other part of the line was moving and he was rock solid

One a holding on the Sanchez bootleg on the redzone 4th quarter would have seen Sanchez blown up if he didn't. Protected the QB and took the hit for the team.

Other was a false start that was just him thinking "Ned to get moving to take Hunter's block and my own"

The o-line has been very poor this year.

    Several questions

How much did Turner going down effect line chemistry knowing we'd lost a good swing guy?

How can we expect Mangold and Moore to play at their best after sustaining significnat injuries and in Moore's case not being able to rehab with the team?

When will King Ugly get his head out of his ass and put the supposed physical talent out there?

We seemed to face more base 4-3s this year so no adjustments in the line playing this?

Should we have looked to convert Matt Kroul earlier so we did n't have Robby Felix doing his utmost?

Whatever way you want to slice it it points to a huge lack of depth perhaps linked to the overall money in the line in recent years ie Ferguson, Mangold and Faneca who hit a quick downslope. Mangold is worth it but he looked very happy with the extension he got last year

With 2 minutes left in the game every coordinator would have called a pass play. this want Schott's fault.

I think Schotty Jr. needs to be fired, and I agree with you that his game-plan was way too pass heavy. But I can't find any fault with passing in that situation (needing a TD with two minutes to go; you can only really run if you get close to the opponent's goal-line).

so who's the problem? 1st you claim its callahan, then blame shotty then the front office! i guess by your way of thinking, new york jets should fire everybody, players, coach's front office and the fans.

put the rope around the neck and firm it down then jump! wagon jumpers all over the place today.

the team played yesterday like they played all year, why the surprise?

    aint that the truth.

although the defense hasn't been what it was last year, a lot of it can be contributed to the offense putting them on the field too much with three and outs. sanchez has not played well this year and the record reflects it.

A QB that's been pressured all night and is not being accurate. An Oline that's providing no protection. WRs and TEs that have been missing crucial catches.

Calling a pass pressed into our end zone was practically begging for a safety.

Shonn or Tomlinson could have picked up 5 or 6 yards and provided some breathing room for one of Schotty's infamous slant plays.

With 1 TO and less than 3 minutes, you can't keep running the ball. Sanchez had PLENTY of time to get rid of the ball there but the idiot holds onto it for a safety. He even had his check down receiver open and still didnt get rid of it. Schotty sucks but Sanchez has to know he cant take a sack there. Just another example of poor QB awareness by the golden boy....
