Who gives a shit about the chiefs....wrong forum dude. And btw defensive scheming against the 49ers and the a rookie QB from a 6 year head coach is hardly genius.

Their is a thread in the NFL forum on Herm BTW.

You're the clown who disappeared after Herm started 0-2 and the Jets started 2-1!

Now you come around after Herm beats San Fran and Arizona...

    Ok.

Their defense is better against the pass. They still can't stop the run, allowing 106.5 yards per game. And with their defensive personnel, they should have a good defense.

Considering his record in 2005, I'd say Herm "The Motivator" Edwards couldn't motivate three horny college guys into a hot tub filled with Penthouse Pets, much less compel NFL players to perform beyond expectations. Before the season started, didn't many pundits pick the Chiefs to go to the SB?

They have the same personnel they've had for years and it has sucked in recent years.

Hmm I don't know they lost 2 starting OL, their PB FB, their OC AND they lost their starting QB. Maybe that's why?

last year at this time they were 2-2 and had beaten the 4-12 jets and 4-12 Raiders while losing to a good Den team and a bad Eagle team. They had scored 91 pts and given up 91 pts. This year they are also 2-2 though they won their last 2 and lost their first 2 unlike last year and they lost to 2 top teams in Cincy and Den and beat 2 bad teams. They have scored 80 pts so far this yhear(just 11 short of a year ago even w/ all the losses of talent) and have given up just 52(39 points LESS than a year ago).

Also in Week 2 they gave up just 9 pts(6 in regulation) at Denver and in their previous 5 trips to denver they gave up an average of 32 and lost by an avg of 14 pts.

Everything is always negative towards the guy but he's done a good job there so far.

The Eagles were still a good team when they won in Kansas City. They went sour a few weeks later.

The previously horrible Steeler offense with 150 yards and 14 points in the first quarter against the motivated Chiefs defense.

Come on, Jeff, the score doesn't matter to Herm. It doesn't matter if they score 2 touchdowns in the first half. The Chiefs players just have to go on out and do their best and play their ballgame, and that's how you win games.

Of course, which is why it's now 21-0 and the previously pathetic Steelers offense is cutting through the motivatees like butter.

I've said many times that I'm not a Herm hater, but the thread starter here is such a clown that I can't resist.

300 yards and 28 points on offense for the Steelers, and it's not halftime yet.

Imagine how bad it would be if the Chiefs weren't motivated.

Herm really has that team motivated to play today. How embarrassing.
