Jets should trade up and snag Sanchez if he gets past Jacksonville. Then they should try and do what they did last year, move up to a low 1st rounder and snag a WR. Britt should still be there by the start of the 2nd round.
The Jets have surprised us the last few years and have traded up in the 1st to get a player that non of us have been talking about. They did it to get Revis and Keller. They are 2/2 in doing this the last few years so let's hope they can keep this going.
Oh, I know this...Woody secretly sold the team to Dan Snyder and the front office has completely forgotten how to use the draft to build a team.
Absolutely. We need our picks this year, and next year, to grab some young talent in the later rounds to add some solid depth. Crabtree is an amazing receiver, but will take giving up next years early rounders and this years. Trading up to GET Sanchez as some posters have suggested? That is just not going to happen and completely ridiculous. We either trade down with the Vikings if Sanchez falls, or trade down with one of the teams really high on Freeman.
I think they also traded up to get Harris so I would say 3 for 3. MR. T will do something this year to suprise us he is not the sit still type of guy if he sees a player he likes he will not blink, he will move up to get him.
If acquiring a 6'1 rookie WR was all that was left to winning a SB, then that trade up would be fine... that's not the case. If Sanchez falls to 17, he's the best player on the board. Take him and Cut Ainge. He sits for one year, and then enters the fray. Britt at 17 is too high. this needs to be known.
