I'm loving it! Listening to 1050 this morning, essentially there are two themes: Giants suck and the Jets are looking good. What more could you ask for? Amongst all the positives today, let's not forget that NY is green now. The Giants are embarrassing. Hell yeah!
the last 2 years the giants are nothing short of embarrassing. the jets are the better team. it's not even close.
This reminds me a lot of 97 - 00 when the Jets were the talk of the town, until the Giants made that miraculous run to the Super Bowl that season. Also in the early 2000s when the Giants were pitiful, and the Jets were perennial playoff contenters. The Jets were main attraction for a good chunk of the last 13 years, so I'm not sure why everyone acts as if this is the first time it's ever happened.
it is only week 3. the giants are not looking good at all. the jets are looking pretty good. Hopefully we can beat the bills in week 4.

Good point, maybe I'd better STFU. I'm just enjoying it though. Nothing wrong with having fun with it while the times are good. You'd better bet they wouldn't let us forget who's better if the shoe were on the other foot.

Correct. The NFL is week to week in these days of parity. Those of us making these claims were sounding the 0-3 alarm 14 days ago. I wouldn't trade our roster for theirs, however.
the funny things is how badly the giants are taking being the inferior team and how sore and jealous they are. the giants have been the better team for most of the past 30 years and bow there still living in the past. and i know this cause they always bring up the past never the present. basically the same BS saints fans had to deal with last year. also the fact they call the new meadowlands stadium "giants stadium" like they think its theirs lol.
Gints fans have their panties in a bunch because they are insecure about their crappy team, and then there's the jealousy towards the Jets, who have gotten all the media attention and hype. I think people are also downplaying the fact that the new stadium is not really all theirs anymore, it's equally ours. That bothers them too, it's so obvious. And then there's the contrast of our coaches, one who's boring and ultra conservative and one who's brash, obnoxious and funny as hell.
dont listen to these guys.. Im happy as hell the Giants suck.. pretty much ALL of my friends are Giants fans and they always let me have it when they win and we lose... But when the Jets win I usually never rub it in anybody's face because I feel like that brings us bad luck lol... Yes its week 3, but if you think the Giants can honestly make the playoffs you are CRAZYYY
yeah when I say something about the Jets to any of my Giants fan friends all the say is "when is the last time you won a Superbowl again?"... STOP LIVING IN THE PAST!!!
