I read an article yesterday that was explaining how Mangini showed the team another boxing match before teh game on Sunday. This one was featuring a fighter named Pryer who after being knocked down numerous times during his many fights he would get up and smile at his apponent. He would say it is "hawk" time. Hawk I guess was his nick name. His apponant would more times than none be left with a feeling of astonishment and fear. Well not only was that fight a good fight to show the team on principle. He was able to send a camara to Pryers actual residence and had him make a small home movie for the team. At the end of small motivational speach about adversity and smiling in the face of adversity, apparently Pryer smiled and said "It's Jets time!" This braught the team into a howl right before the game on Sunday. They were very fired up. And when Chad had the ball knocked away from him on the first drive of the game, he went to the side line and they looked at each other and smiled. The rest my friends is history. I love that story. In other news, Chad, Coles, Ben Graham, and a few others including Mangini were on the set of Sesame Street earlier this week according to Mike and Mike in the morning. I believe Elmo told chad to throw better and told coles to catch 12 balls on sunday. So they did
I heard Big Bird is an unrestricted free agent this year. The scouting report on him says his got good height and better hands.
