No. I do a traditional oven roast with cheesecloth soaked in butter, white wine and herbs. Stuffed. Fuck salmonella. And because I make a sausage and bread stuffing, I am also doing a rotisserie turkey breast for 2 folks coming to the shindig that have celiac disease. Made them a side of my stuffing with gluten free rolls. And made gluten free corn bread. I gotta get a smoker. _
