    What's on tap?

Making my sausage stuffing now, about to brine the turkey (and turkey breast) and make the apple pie and cornbread tonite.

    Sampling the Pinot Noir.

What are you guys doing tonite?

    Tomorrow?

My wife works tomorrow. So I will go to my parents home and eat whatever they make. My wife and son will go to a Chinese buffet tonight.

Well being from Turkey makes me not want to eat turkey. My dear American friend Roni Ellen is calling me turkey from Turkey when I get her mad. I also don't like the taste of turkey. That said, me and my boys are cooking Pizza tomorrow. Enjoy thanksgiving folks. Should be a great day.

Making apple and pumpkin pies tonight. Tomorrow is Turkey with apple and bacon stuffing, sweet potatoes, garlic mashed potatoes, giblet gravy, real cranberry sauce, and homemade bread.

My woman is working on the pumpkin crunch. Gots to boil turkey innards for the giblet gravy. Will make beans and stuffing later. Also gotta prep the Weber for tomorrow.

Just boiled the innards for the giblet gravy.

Apples peeled and tossed in sugar and are draining some of the liquid out.

Time for a dram of Woodford Reserve.

Going on the gambling boat tomorrow, beer and burgers while I am out there and more beer and the games when I get home. Probably reheat some hot dogs with onions for later in the evening.

No. I do a traditional oven roast with cheesecloth soaked in butter, white wine and herbs. Stuffed. Fuck salmonella.

And because I make a sausage and bread stuffing, I am also doing a rotisserie turkey breast for 2 folks coming to the shindig that have celiac disease. Made them a side of my stuffing with gluten free rolls. And made gluten free corn bread.

    I gotta get a smoker.

Turkey is currently defrosting. My uncle usually does the majority of the cooking and my sister started helping in the recent TGs we've had.

Ended up doing one better, not enough people so the shuttle boat did not run out to the casino boat. Decided instead to head down to the Hard Rock Casino and donate money to the Seminole Indians in honor of the holiday.
