first, if i was a ticket holder, i would boycott the game. if i didn't, i would wear a paper bag that has fire tannybum on top and exorcise the sanchise on the bottom of the eye holes. problem is that with stores opening early that night for black friday, and the typical dinner, the team has built-in excuses for lack of people in the seats. i have understanding and sympathy for those who are/were devastated by sandy . the game should be the last thing they are thinking about. utility crews from all over the country as well as from canada are working to restore power to those without. god bless those workers. as for woody and tannybum, ever watch a circus run by clowns or a zoo with the hyenas in charge? i have spent days in each of the last three training camps held in cortland. to think i now have to watch this mess.... the more people who boycott or protest on the national telecast, the better. send woody a message that he can't ignore.
Woody wants these games... I don't live on the East Coast so it doesn't bother me but this is arguably the biggest game of the season and should not be played on Thanksgiving. Honestly I liked Thanksgiving much better when it was Cowboys and Lions , for some reason playing this night game doesn't really do anything for me now. This is the 2nd time in 3 years we are on it and I think Woody has something to do with it.
you are right. and, that makes it the perfect chance for fans to deliver a no-tolerance message to the owner.
Bags on the Head anyone? I feel that nothing expresses frustration like a fan putting a brown bag on their head at the game. If the Jets lose at St. Louis and fall behind against the Pats, do you really think we'll see it in New York? I can't remember ever seeing them worn there. It's the ultimate low.
i hope to see it even if they get lucky and the defense wins the game at st. louis. since the rams tied the 49ers in sf, i don't think they will have a problem beating the suckchise.
I have 2 tickets 200 bucks a piece, and I really dont wanna go The jets ruined my Christmas, why would I want them to ruin my thanksgiving too?
after what you went through with sandy, watching that game amounts to double punishment. sorry! :shit:
I've got 4 tickets so boycotting the game costs me $525.00. I would much rather stay with my family then go watch what'll probably be an embarrassing beat down at the hands of our arch enemies, but I'll be there. I'm not at all happy about it.
Personally, I like the Thanksgiving games. Odds are I'm going to be drunk anyway, which always helps with watching these Jets.
The reason we're on Thanksgiving Eve in front of the nation is someone (someone who probably lost their job by now) though the Jet and Pats would be battling for the right to represent the AFC in the next SB. my how things have changed.
I got an early birthday present 2 tickets to this game. My first regular season Jets game. Hoping to god we don't lose. If we do. I at least wanna see Brady on a cart.
Lmao. I honestly think we will be able to score on the patsies but no way in hell do we win. I will watch the game only if Tebow plays.
