    Today, call them, text them, give them your thanks.

    Thank you to my Uncle George who served in the Pacific. Thank you to my Uncle Eddy who was at Chosin Reservoir North Korea.

    Thank you to my Dad HMS Queen Elizabeth who served in the Med.

    Thank you to my Grandfather HMS Halycyon who served in the North Sea.

    I read the story about that battle. I also served in Korea and I know how cold it can get. They say it was so cold that they couldn't bury the dead. From what I remember of Korea, it was the coldest place I've ever been in my life. Special big time props to your Uncle Eddy.
