Hello to all my draftnik friends. I've been part of this board for the better part of 5 years. I've met some great posters and Jet fans on Tgg's draft site. The majority of the members here are great, especially our mock draft participants. But of late, the tone and attacks of a few posters on this site has been shameful. Cussing, attacking their opinions with such hate and malice. I don't agree with everyone's opinion and I feel VERY strong of my own views, but I don't attack my fellow poster with such hatred,I'm very disappointed. I'm not a moderator, but I felt someone needed to step up and say "enough already". I have ran the past couple of Tgg's mock drafts and enjoyed it. I always felt that many, not all, respect my opinions and participation. Lately, this board has been disappointing by a small handful of posters. I urge everyone to be civil!! Again, I'm not a moderator, but someone who cares deeply for this draft site and the quality members who deserve a civil community.

Wait, wait, wait...hold on a second Quik. I've done some stupid stuff in the past, but I'm not involved in this one. I took my arguments to the Trash Talking Forum, where anything goes. I stood up for Cakes because he brings way more to the board than DWare. I saw where he was coming from with his WR rankings and DWare wouldn't back off. I got tired off watching DWare regurgitate incredibly annoying, and unfunny sarcastic posts. It's the same thing from this guy EVERY time. The GM needs to stop starting ridiculous threads. I'll get off his back when he does something meaningful. I'm tired of his shtick. He's putting together unbelievably unrealistic mock drafts and mock off-seasons since the first game ended. This dude started, not one, but two threads asking questions about which position a Jets team member played, and then he completely ignored the answers that he got and created ANOTHER mock scenario. It's obvious that he's incredibly bored and he needs to take his garbage someplace else.
Guys , I didn't signal out a specific poster. Those that have cussed at people (not general cussing) and attacked people know who they are. So let's not get into a "he said, she said" scenario. Lets' be CIVIL and start out on the right foot. Those that have been way out of line have been reported to Petrozza and the Mod staff. Thanks!!
Okay but wanst the trash talk forums made for other teams guys coming here to talk trash, idk im not sure but we are all jets fans so we shouldnt be fighting about stupid shit, its very femalious (no its not a word). We can argue but when guys are diggin up posts just to point out when someone was wrong, i dont care thats a lame thing to do.
I don't see anything wrong with what GM is doing. He's one of the few creating any discussion on the draft board, even if his mocks really do suck.
Discussion, there is no discussing with him. He rather starts to fight with people who don?t agree or critisize his Mocks. He even tells people THEIR OPINION is wrong. If he would actually discuss with people, i think he could bring something to this board, but not the way he?s doing it right now. The other guys are just what they are, they have been like this since i?m on this board.
Yeah I agree with you sometimes fellow poster just don't respect an opinion without jumping all over you for something so small. You have people who want to tell you about you grammar and how you should pronunciate and other nonsense. Its simply ludacris
We are on the message board, so I assume none of us are GMs for NFL teams. We do need to relax on speculation for next season, hell its still along time away and it is still far away from making concrete predictions anyway. Lets show a bit more respect to each other. Calling names because of a disagreement between rounds a player will be picked is silly. Lets have fun with the board and not use it as a daily pissing match.
Yeah, what we were arguing was not very serious at all, especially because dware had no solid clue as to why I wrote what I wrote in regards to a few football players. What you are missing, however, is that the guy broke all sorts of board rules by using all manner of malice and lack of respect. Look at the guy's posts. They are littered with curses and abuse. This is supposed to be against board rules. There is a list of rules at this site and JetsLookingforDWare is in directly violation of multiple ones. I sent more than one private message to Petrozza on this issue in early November. I received no response one way or the other. I don't understand that. At least send me a reply. I fully agree with WW85 here. This entire message board has gotten very out of control in 2008. Many posters here take shots at others (and I've been involved in that, too) but I have only seen one poster cross a line with me and that was JetsLookingforDWare.
