They are a little ridiculous it seems... We should allow trades such as trade downs or trade ups, but nothing too extravagant. We can allow some player trades, but only if they're logical trades. For example, Tennessee has two very good starting RBs in Travis Henry and Chris Brown. Maybe the GM of Tennessee would like to deal one of them.
Yea we could have a group of 5 guys (me, NYJATW, dwalsh, GH, ?) that will vote to agree or disagree each trade just to keep it as a check and a balance. Trades are a ton of fun in these mocks and w/o them they get dull and it winds up being identical to the "traditional" mock (Bush, D'Brick, Leinart, Mario, Hawk, Davis...). There should definitely be some but with a very loose regulation so we don't have Eli Manning and a 1st rounder for Tom Brady going on.
I'm in too. The only trade I have a problem with is the Jets/Cardinals trade because D-Rob's contract is too big to be dealt, but the 72 pick has already been moved along in another trade so it's too late to pull back on it.
I am going to post this here too: Come on guys stick to reality, I know this is funny but it isn't supposed to be, I will really like to see a real mock draft, but being madden it's just too much, come on play it like real GM's think like them. An by the way GreenMachine you could be the NFL, because all trades have to be approved by the NFL so you can get this straight and stop these guys from starting a random draft madden league or we will see Peyton Manning playing with the Jets, and Eli being his backup, I know this is a great idea to have fun but then it should be called fantasy draft, it is not an official mock, sorry guys but I had to post this. If you guys like it we could have a fun draft and a real mock draft but everything will be in a different thread, one for the guys who just want to have fun and others who prefer sticking to reality.
