I've watched a few texas games this year, most notably texas/oklahoma. And I just loved Mccoy. Something about him just makes me think he is going to be the next big thing among NFL qb's. I havent done in depth scouting and things of that sort, but from that game alone, I decided I liked Mccoy and Bradford, but I liked Mccoy more.

29 TD's and only 7 INT as a freshman, you know the guy is worth a look. He is not going to come out of school now though, he announced that he would not even take a NFL draft evaluation, he will stay in school for his senior year. He hasn't got a strong arm, he is accurate though, but don't expect him to be able to rifle it down the field, also at 6'3 210 he is not the biggest guy. His 2007 season wasn't the best, 22 TD's compared to 18 INT although he rebounded this season with 34 TD's and only 8 INT, he passed for near 4000 yards and had a completion % of 76.5. It will be interesting to see his senior year and see how he does and how he developes. He ran a little this year, over 500 yards and 11 TD's, so he has a lot of potential.

    revis...

sign me up already for this guy.....any pro team watching the game last night HAS to have this guy on their radar.

i have watched 3 texas games this year so that doesn't give me the right to spew off many opinions - but i have seen enough to watch this guy very closely from now until he gets selected - which will definitely be hi first round material.

IMO he is already 1st day material.

I would put him as a first day guy, but thats right now, we will have to wait and see how he does his senior year, although i have a hell of a lot of confidence in him, so much so that i have already bet a good friend of mine that McCoy will be a finalist for the Heisman next season. I'm sure a lot of teams will be paying attention to the Longhorns next season for this guy.

There is no way Peyton could bag a chick like that.

if colt mccoy declared this season he would go to the NFL, i'd be camping outside Florham Park, asking the front office to get him.

if the odds dont play in our favor and favre retires, so be it. I would like to see what Ainge, Ratliff, and Clemens can bring.

But make no mistake. In 2010. Colt McCoy will be the next Jets QB. Quote me on it.

well we better win less than 4 games next year cause if he continues next year at the same production level he will be gone quick.
