Anyone going on sunday. Im going with about 14 guys and we are trying to figure out the tailgate situation, we arent gonna rent a car, so we would appreciate some advice from anyone that has been there or who is going. Thanks.
I live in houston and will be there -- where are you staying first off -- there is a tram that takes you to the stadium from downtown and cost a buck each way -- very easy but also very crowded after the game -- If you do not have a parking pass expect to park off the grounds and you could be in for a long walk - Pull up a google and find a reliant stadium parking map we will (15 of us mostly Texan fans) will be in the brown lot a bit of a walk to the stadium but far off from where the tram lets you off -- I will be wearing my old Mo Lewis jersey and wearing an aussie style hat -- bring your own beer and food though we will have a bunch of shit but 14 you may be to much to handle -- Have fun
hey thanks moe... we are staying at the sheraton in the galleria area. is it hard to get to reliant? We are def not looking to freeload, just wanted a place to hang out and get a nice tailgate experience.
No its not hard to get to -- just take 610 loop south(which is right off the galleria ) to Kirby you will see the stadium on the left. If you want to get to the brown lot take Kirby head towards the stadium and turn left on Mulworth - or something like that to the brown lot - this will be only my 3rd time there for a tailgate but they do pretty well here
