Tenn has decent interest in Sanchez. Why does this matter?

    Bc all we've heard is they are in on mettenberger. Might put them in play for Mariota after all. It's something for us to watch since Mariota at 6 could obv mean us picking him or getting a franchise changing number of picks in return.

    To me barring a trade up if tenn doesn't go qb he's falling to us.

    If tenn signs Sanchez I'll be over the moon bc in that case I can't see them picking Mariota given their depth chart.

    Agreed, if they sign Sanchez to compete with Mettler they are picking Williams

    They could just view him as a backup. After all he does seem like a good teammate at the very least.

    But after the Bills signed McCown I cant see someone considering him as a starter. He looked average in the leagues most friendly QB system. Probably doesnt have many teams going crazy over him.

    There are other players to bring in to backup a guy you're sold on that won't put heat on the guy. Mariota could be a backup at first too afterAll. Their interest in Sanchez concerns me but could also save us and provide a clear path.

    Mettenberger also has had some injury concerns too though. Even if the Titans view him as their Week 1 QB you still need to have a decent backup and not just some guy taking up a roster spot.

    I'm not here to debate mettenberger I'm here to point out tenn has been assumed out of qb market bc they've expressed utmost interest in mettenberger. A guy like Sanchez is a tick above a backup.

    i don't think kickin the tires on Sanchez says that they are all of the sudden in the QB market. It would be foolish of them to go into next year without a decent backup in place. So I'm not debating Mettenberger either. But his injury history is factual.

    we better get a kings ransom for mariota... for a 6th pick hopefully we get at least what the redskins had to give up a couple years ago

    Foles, 2015 First, 2016 First, 2015 Second, 2016 Second. we need to get at least their first next year along with the 1st and 2nds this year and with Foles
