I'm fishing here, but has anyone heard any Tebow trade rumors ahead of the Oct 30 deadline? Will MJD injury change anything? I know the Jets are vowing Tebow is going nowhere, but ..........The Jets have needs in other positions, so would anyone be surprised if Tebow is traded?
It seems to be something that could happen. Some people were putting out there that the reason why they brought O'Connell in was that they may trade Tebow and would sign O'Connell as the no. 3 QB. Personally, I think that has a slim chance of happening.
Not heard anything, but with Gabbert hurt and not playing great anyway, Henne playing like absolute hot garbage, and MJD down it could make sense.
This is where I was headed. It makes "sense" for Jacksonville, not that the Jets are too concerned about the Jaguars well-being.
The only Tebow trade rumors I am hearing are on this forum or from people just purely speculating. That said - apparently the Jets don't think they need him so why the hell not.
I, for one, would be happy to see Tebow back in Florida. Jets fans want Sanchez or McElroy. It's pretty clear. Why stay where you aren't wanted? Not that Jax wants him either though. lol.
They don't need him but they do need a reliable receiver, O-line help, and I am not yet convinced our running back corps is where we want it, although they played well against Miami and NE. Not sure what the Jags would have to offer for a trade though.
He isn't going to Jax unless it's his only option. There is a reason he didn't pick his home town. The issue is in the FO.
Hey Jets got McElroy and O'Connell, they don't need Tebow. makes sense. Tannebaum should focus most of his energy on this. Jets can not keep losing games like this ...Tebow has to go. (SARCASM)
