http://espn.go.com/new-york/nfl/sto...-new-york-jets-inactive-week-according-source If he's inactive now due to his rib injury, why was he active against the Pats?
I think it's just Tebow is legitimately broken time... Rex has no intent of playing McElroy unless he has to.
They need to evaluate McElroy, give him more snaps in practice to see what he can do. Tebow clearly isn't a QB, they need to cut/trade after the season.
Yes I'm going to say this. I wonder if this has to do with Tebow demeanor on the bench the past few weeks? He was active last week, but not this week? Plus as we all know QB have played with broken ribs all the time.
Yes^^^^^ and quite handily too. All the right people lose and we get in as the sixth seed in the playoffs and we lose a 1 point heartbreaker to Denver in the AFC championship game (yes Denver folks....you heard it here) He proves he is the future of the Jets. Then......wait for it.......in true Jets fashion we trade him in the post season for a 6th rd pick and a conditional 7th rd. True story.
Tebow was having a catch with a kid with his right arm because he couldn't raise his left to throw. Rex got called out for having Tebow suited when when he clearly could not be serviceable as a QB if called upon, leaving Kerley as our option had Sanchez gone down. Rex simply corrected that and activated McElroy, nothing more to it.
Douche bag move activating him when he couldnt have played. Guarantee it came from Woody that he be suited up and on the sideline so Tebow-ites would still buy tix. Scum bag.
McEloy needs to start no matter how he plays in the worst way. We need to see him, and more important...poor performance like Sanchez needs to be unacceptable in a winning organization. Rex won't, and this is why I'm done with this mess. It's garbage time that Rex will try to padd his fatass with it, that way he can come back and start Sanchez in 2013 and lose another season. That is what this loser wants subconsciously. We will never see anything until Rex is gone.
Crap! I posted this in the TebowMania section. I obviously hope the Jets win this game. That being said, if Sanchez is just stinking the joint up, I wonder if Rex would consider a switch? Benching Mark for Tebow invites a media frenzy, but seeing if McElroy sinks or swims isn't nearly as big a story. Actually, if McElroy played well, that might initiate a shit storm too.
And let me add this to anyone still holding on hope for Rex and Sanchez. Needs to be said. I am long time suffering with this nonsense. And I have sat through everything, and if you put 30 years of time in you will see this kinda stuff, or you will think I am crazy. I dont give two shits. Rex wants to lose.. If Sanchez had any hope Rex killed it, he is the one who killed the kid. I saw it, and if you payed attention you would have seen it too. Bad year last year, but Rex finished him. End of first half Pats game, poor clock management, Rex put the nail in Sanchez's coffin, in front of everyone...... Never saw that kid smile all goofy like again. I didn't give a shit, i did kinda whoa.. but I never liked him.. But Rex did it, now he is gonna stick with him? What is Rex a sick f..k? You already killed the punk, Holmes was just doing daddy wants, everyone is. You own this train wreck. I got excited for Rex when you got ground and pound cant throw Tebow. F it, ruff it out, do it Rex. But no... you stick with this broken mess. Hey you fat bastard, I saw you do it, we all know he wasnt gonna work. So you kill it, But now you stick it out? The locker room blew up and you keep him. He sucks so bad, I never thought he could play this bad, and you wont even see what anyone else has???? This make zero sense. You lit the house and then sit in it. Rex is the one that needs to go. Sanchez is broken, but so is Rex. F this shitttttttttt
Sorry, I didn't realize someone had already posted this. And I don't think McElroy will get to play at all unless we lose to the Cardinals. Then our season will basically be over and McElroy might get a shot.
