If you had asked me in the 1960s it would have been overwhelmingly the Raiders; I guess that's still true, but much less now than 50 years ago.
I really don’t have any vitriol any more for teams outside NJ and the AFCE (and I don’t even hate the Bills). I hate boring teams. Panthers Titans Seahawks Jaguars Bengals Nothing remotely interesting about them. Even the Chargers I find boring.
I was was OK with the Seattle Seahawks when I was young because Jim Zorn was kind of hot (plus they were NFC), but calling the most stupid egregious fckn play in SB history vs. the Cheats by not running the ball somehow makes me hate him by guilt through association.
I give all my hate to the Patriots these days. I barely even have any left to give to the Dolphins or Bills, so no other teams stand out really. I guess if I had to pick a team, it would be the Los Angeles Rams, for that embarrassing Super Bowl performance. Again, that has more to do with the Patriots hate though.
Shout out for those lovely crooks off 495! I dont even hate the lakers or Braves anymore thanks to them. Forty whiners Raiders Browns
I don't hate the Steelers. Sure Big Ben is scum, but I do love the way the scout and find players but ... I do hate Steeler fans. Living in north west PA they are just the most obnoxious least knowledgeable fans to sit by at a bar. The Cleveland and Buffalo fans are much more likely to talk football and know their shit. Oh and fuck the Cowboys and everything associated with them.
I like the Steelers because Pats fans hate them so much. And I LOVE the Cowboys and the Eagles because Giant fans hate them so much. Basically my NFL love/hate is based on the ancient proverb "the enemy of my enemy is my friend".
