    Ah, my 8th grade English teacher, Mrs. Wolfe, makes Vera look like a dog...and yes, my 13 year old self would have done her. It was the 70's when mini skirts were popular, even with teachers.

    No, it's the Blue Steel facial expression. I worked with a girl a while back, she had a few curves but she would always use that Blue Steel face as it made her cheeks look thinner.

    I joked with her one time and said "why do you always pose with Blue Steel?" Felt like a dick sort of when I figured it out.
